Expert consultation:
Time-sensitive evaluation and design

Initial on-site consultation: Assessment of existing
space, review job scope and design ideas.
$300 / 2 hours
Consultations:
Additional on site consultations, design review and project
management
$150/ hour
Field Measurements, Permit Documentation, Research, Drafting
and Travel over 15 miles: $125/ hour
5 Sets of Drawings:
For permits, contractor and homeowner
$150 + tax
RETAINER
fee
is to be determined by the scope of the project, and is
based on an estimate of the costs of completing design work.
Fee required before commencement ~ Expeditious decisions
facilitate lower costs. |

CLIENT
OBLIGATIONS:
Meet
with designer to develop design, make decisions, provide
legal lot descriptions,
house and/or plot plan, provide access to project, disclose
any existing conditions which may affect the project such as
roof and wall leaks, water drainage problems, settling, dry
rot, special soil conditions, deed restrictions or hidden
conditions which may be important to any design decisions.
OUT-OF-POCKET
EXPENSES incurred
by Spacial Design are additional and due upon invoice. These expenses may include Soils &/or Structural
Engineering, Land Surveys, Design Review submittals,
Variances, Title 24, Permit fees, Bid Documents, or any
other special services required.
OWNERSHIP
OF DESIGNS:
The
drawings are copyrighted by Spacial Design, but the owner
shall be entitled
to have copies and use of the drawings and specifications
upon full payment to Spacial Design. |
